Terms of Service — House of Gold Healing | Rochester, MN

At House of Gold Healing, I offer holistic energy healing and intuitive guidance, including Reiki sessions, Akashic Records readings, spiritual connection, and intuitive energy work in Rochester, Minnesota. These terms of service outline what clients can expect when booking a session to support their spiritual and emotional well-being.

1. Scope of Services

All sessions — including Reiki, intuitive guidance, Akashic Records, past life readings, and spirit connection — are intended for spiritual and personal growth. They are not medical or psychological treatment and should not be used as a substitute for licensed healthcare services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions are booked in advance through my scheduling system or by direct contact.

  • Payment is due at the session.

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, Venmo. (An ATM with a small transaction fee is availble on site)

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee equal to 100% of the session cost.

  • If you need to reschedule, I’ll gladly work with you to find another available time.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not offered once a session has taken place.

  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact me directly so we can discuss options.

5. Confidentiality

  • All information shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

  • Your privacy and trust are of the utmost importance.

6. Client Responsibility

  • By booking a session, you agree that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being.

  • You acknowledge that no guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

7. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If you arrive late, your session may need to end at the scheduled time in order to respect other clients.

  • No-shows may forfeit the session fee.

8. Consent for Touch (Reiki only)

  • Reiki is typically hands-off, but light touch may be used with your permission.

  • You may withdraw consent for touch at any time.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  • I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if a client is under the influence of drugs/alcohol, behaves inappropriately, or if the work requested falls outside the scope of my practice.
