Hello! I am Sophia Gold, a clairvoyant psychic/medium, a certified Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive guide, and spiritual consultant. For almost a decade, I’ve been holding sacred space for people to receive clarity, healing, and empowerment.

My work blends deep intuition with grounded, compassionate presence. I believe every person has the wisdom and power within them — my role is to help you access it.

Born and raised in SE Minnesota, amongst the trees and cornfields, with a pack of huskies and many cats over the years, I spent a lot of time communing with nature. I was raised Evangelical Christian, which built the groundwork for Spirit connection, prayer and spending time in contemplation. I left that faith to explore other religions, faiths, and practices many years ago. I find something meaningful everywhere I go in life. No matter your religious or spiritual beliefs, you are welcome here.   

I spent many years wrestling with my inherent psychic nature paired with my religious upbringing, not understanding what it all meant, what to do with it, or how to work with it. I came into this work after enduring years of trauma and the death of my father. I woke up one day wanting freedom from the dark prison that my mind and body had become. Through exploration of yoga, meditation, acupuncture, prayer, paganism, earth based practices, and reiki, I finally felt connected to my inner voice in a safe and loving way. I was able to tap into my gifts with intention and peace. I found a flow in life that I could appreciate. Life has never, nor do I believe it is meant to be, free from struggles, strife and grief, but through connecting to Spirit, and others through my work, I am able to live at peace with myself and the constant turmoil that life is. 

Through psychic readings, Akashic records readings, intuition development guidance, Reiki, and past life exploration, I hold a safe, non-judgmental space for release, clarity, and wisdom to flow. My approach is gentle yet direct — focusing on one person at a time, honoring your pace, and always working with consent. This is your space to reconnect, heal, and step forward with confidence.
